- Confirm your order details with our salesperson.
- Confirm details with you: installation address, installation date, your maintenance plan, your equipment specifications.
- Locate the most suitable machine for you.
- Professionally test, clean and pack all “Customer Set Up” equipment.
- Arrange for the professional transport of your equipment.
- Confirm the arrival of the equipment.
- Arrange for an engineer to install your equipment.
- Arrange for the engineer to inspect your equipment for the Maintenance Agreement.
- Confirm with you and the engineer that the equipment is working correctly.
- Upon successful installation, send you an invoice.
