10 Step Process

Here’s our Coordination Plan for a relatively simple installation:

1. Confirm your order details with our salesperson.
2. Confirm details with you: installation address, installation date, your maintenance plan, your equipment specifications.
3. Locate the most suitable machine for you.
4. Professionally test, clean and pack all “Customer Set Up” equipment.
5. Arrange for the professional transport of your equipment.
6. Confirm the arrival of the equipment.
7. Arrange for an engineer to install your equipment.
8. Arrange for the engineer to inspect your equipment for the Maintenance Agreement.
9. Confirm with you and the engineer that the equipment is working correctly.
10. Upon successful installation, send you an invoice.
