What happens to the surveys?
Your surveys are photocopied, with one copy going to the sales person you deal with and the other to our Management Team. This way your feedback is heard by all of us. This is your voice. It’s your way to communicate with us about your entire buying experience. It’s your opportunity to let us know exactly what you want.
If there’s an area that we need to improve then we’d definitely like to know. Or if you’re really happy with a particular aspect of your purchase experience we’d love to hear about that too!
When do I get my Customer Satisfaction Survey?
We send our surveys to you by fax once we’ve checked that you’ve received the goods you ordered.
