
We take pride in becoming more sensitive to the environment, now only using biodegradable cleaning products in our warehouse.
A few weeks ago though we met a challenge: the disposal of approximately 1,000 redundant CDs. After talking to a number of organisations, we found that their methods have the same end result as just throwing the CDs in the bin – the CDs end up as land fill.
One of our sales representatives (Dimitra) told us about an organisation in Brisbane called Reverse Garbage. They receive all sorts of materials and then sell them for such uses as school projects, theatre productions and arts and crafts. We delivered our redundant CDs and cases to them without any hassles.
