We thought we might tell you a little about today’s Customer Service Team…
Kylie
Kylie Mills joined our Customer Service team six and a half years ago as our receptionist. After moving from Reception, Kylie took on the Logistics role before moving up to her current role as Accounts. This means Kylie is a backup to all of our Administration roles.
Kylie is responsible for the accurate reporting of the company’s financials. Her role includes processing payments to our valued suppliers, receipting payments from our customers, processing payroll and processing BAS for the ATO to name only a few. Kylie is here to help should you have any accounts enquiries.
Danielle and Renee
Danielle and Renee are our Logistics team. Renee joined us three and a half years ago and also started as receptionist before taking on the
Logistics role. Danielle started with Computer Merchants as Logistics and has been with us almost two years.
Danielle and Renee arrange everything from entering your purchases and sales into our AS/400 system, organising freight and engineering, and making sure you are well informed each step of the way.
Mina is currently training in Logistics as part of our ‘cross-training’ goal to become a backup to our Logistics team.
Christina and Mina
Our Reception team includes the lovely duo Mina and Christina. Mina has been with the team for over a year now and Christina is our newest edition to the team.
Each time you call Computer Merchants you will be greeted by one of our friendly Customer Service Team members. One of Mina and Christina’s main responsibilities is to ensure your calls are answered and directed to the appropriate person. If you are unsure as to whom you should be speaking to, Mina to Christina can help you with that.
Mina has also been training in Logistics but what you may not know is that Mina has also been helping Kylie in Accounts over the last year.
Christina is currently training in all aspects of the reception role and will be trained in some accounts procedures too. The purpose of this cross training is to make sure your experience with Computer Merchants is straight forward with anyone being able to help you with your enquiry.
Ian and Shane
Our Warehouse team includes Ian and Shane. Ian has been looking after our warehouse and stock for nearly three years. The last six months saw the addition of Shane to the team.
Ian and Shane ensure your equipment is packaged safely and securely, and help Logistics organise freighting and crating if necessary.
Richard
Richard Kennedy has been with us for almost two years now. Richard is our Internal Engineer and is responsible for testing equipment to ensure your purchase is in perfect working condition. Richard’s background was with IBM as a service engineer and with us he has expanded his expertise to include Sun Microsystems, HP and Cisco products.
If you are ever in the area, we welcome you to drop in and see Richard’s workshop - you’ll be impressed with the range of equipment Richard can work on at any one time.
