As many of you would know, virtualisation is a very hot topic at the moment!
Just recently, five members of the Computer Merchants Sales team attended the VMware Sales Professional (VSP) training course. The course was structured to educate a business partner on how to provide a virtualisation solution based around a company’s current infrastructure.
Following the training, Warwick, Richard, Tyrel, Ben and Matt all sat and passed six exams. The VMware training course introduced the Computer Merchants staff to VMware’s infrastructure solutions which allow companies to:
- consolidate servers,
- provide business continuity, and
- allow for better desktop management.
Products from the VMware range also improve IT service delivery by streamlining software testing and decreasing provisioning time.
The Computer Merchants team is already seeing the benefits of the training.
