Welcome Sandie!

I’d like to start by introducing myself. My name’s Sandie and I’ve been working at Computer Merchants for about 1 and a half months now.

Last year I graduated from high school, so I’d never even been in an office environment until now! There are a variety of roles and tasks that are expected of me, but my main responsibility is answering all of your calls; which is great because I love using the phones! Speaking of which, it’s all of you that can make our day much more fun. A lot of the time it’s nice to have a bit of a chat to you and I think it’s fantastic! Sometimes though, there are people who mistake me for a boy, and call me “Andy” or “Danny”!

Besides answering the phones, I am also responsible for collecting the mail and sorting it, to make sure faxes and papers are delivered, and I’ve started learning about Invoicing. Although it can be a bit much to take in sometimes, practice can only make perfect!

Renee, Danielle, Kylie and Mina are all there if I need help with something, or I don’t understand what to do, along with everyone else in the office. The guys here are great to work with - I couldn’t have asked for a better environment!
