It was Wednesday morning and a customer in Fiji urgently needed a part that had to be installed that weekend. The part they needed was in our stock but when we checked all of our regular channels, no freight company could guarantee delivery to Fiji by Friday.

About 6 years ago, we used a company called World Courier for an urgent shipment which was collected from the USA and delivered to Australia in under 48 hours so we thought we would give them a call…
When we called, a real person (named Greg) answered the phone! We told Greg what we needed and he went away to check flight times etc for us. Greg called us back 10 minutes later to confirm there was available space on a flight to Fiji and less than 30 minutes later, the equipment was collected.
The delivery driver even filled out all the necessary documentation and was extremely courteous and helpful and after the collection was made, we did not need to chase World Courier once!
The next day (Thursday) Steve from World Courier called us with an update that the delivery was in customs and was on track for delivery on Friday morning. He then apologised because they were actually trying to deliver on Thursday a day before we expected! Steve called again on Friday morning to advise the equipment had been delivered by 8:50am that day!
