You’re Not Invoiced Until You’re Happy

At Computer Merchants, we take your business seriously

The first line of our Plain English Sale Terms and Conditions states:

“To guarantee you are happy with the end result.”

In practice this means all efforts are focused on ensuring all delivery and installation activities happen in the right order and are performed to your satisfaction.

For you, this means you will not see an invoice with the goods

At Computer Merchants we view the invoice as the last step in the process and one that only happens after we have ensured you are “happy with the end result”.

Only when this final check has happened will we then issue you with your invoice. Our standard payment terms for all invoices are 7 days from receipt of the invoice. You have chosen Computer Merchants as your supplier because of our careful attention to detail and the competitiveness of our pricing. We want to keep it that way for you.

We keep our margins to a minimum and pass the savings to you

This does however mean a tight control of cash flow. Quite often we will have paid for the equipment before we invoice you, especially since we have a policy to pay our suppliers in time, most of which is 7 to 14 days.

So to continue to offer the high value solutions you have come to expect, we do require you to pay within our standard terms.
